Keep your water bottle next to where you feed your baby —
so you don’t have to think about it.


3. One tiny tidying moment

Not cleaning the house.
Not resetting everything.
Just one small action that helps the space feel lighter.

Examples:

  • Fold one blanket
  • Open a window
  • Put 3 items away
  • Light a candle

One tiny action creates the feeling of:

I am supporting myself.

4. Nourish your body gently

Make eating easier than forgetting.

Ideas:

  • Pre-cut fruit
  • Overnight oats

  • A warm cup of tea or coffee

5. Choose your anchor for the day

Instead of a to-do list, choose one gentle focus:

Today, I will prioritize: rest / hydration / connection / fresh air / calm / slowness

Let everything else be optional.
